About the role
- Supervisor managing daily functions and performance of Renovation Operations staff across various locations. Involves team management, improvement of processes and regular training.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily functions of the Renovation Operations staff
- Manages daily call center activities including services levels, customer interaction, and problem resolution
- Assists in the continual improvement of departmental systems, processes and reporting
- Conducts regular procedural reviews to streamline processes and maximize efficiencies
- Supervises performance of associates and recognizes, trains, coaches, counsels, and takes corrective action when warranted
- Interviews, hires, and trains new associates
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to our office in Santee, CA
- 1-2 years Supervisory Management Experience
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Experience using Microsoft Excel/Word/Office and Adobe PRO
- SAP and Salesforce or similar CRM knowledge a PLUS; not required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
