About the role

  • Senior Benefits Consultant managing Employee & Retiree Benefit Programs at HCSC. Developing and implementing policies to support strategic objectives and retain diverse employees.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and managing the organization’s Employee & Retiree Benefit Programs and policies
  • Monitor legislation and industry developments
  • Manage benefit program vendors
  • Ensure the Human Resources Service Center understands benefit policies and programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources OR 5 direct years of equivalent work experience
  • CEBS certification preferred
  • Five (5) direct years experience working with health and welfare benefit plans
  • Health insurance industry background preferred
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Exceptional written/verbal skills to present to C-suite, HR, and employees
  • Proficiency with Workday and benefits related administration platforms
