Responsibilities
Responsible for developing, implementing and managing the organization’s Employee & Retiree Benefit Programs and policies
Monitor legislation and industry developments
Manage benefit program vendors
Ensure the Human Resources Service Center understands benefit policies and programs
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources OR 5 direct years of equivalent work experience
CEBS certification preferred
Five (5) direct years experience working with health and welfare benefit plans
Health insurance industry background preferred
Demonstrated project management skills
Exceptional written/verbal skills to present to C-suite, HR, and employees
Proficiency with Workday and benefits related administration platforms
