Responsibilities
- The Technical Architect will develop, implement, and support network services and solutions for consulting clients while mentoring and sharing skills with others.
- Build a customer-focused relationship with client to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements to arrive at the best solution.
- Collaborate with Practice Leads to create and maintain documents and procedures.
- Execute, with Project Managers and Practice Leads, on large projects on time and on budget.
- Lead Engineer on projects that have multiple different technologies.
- Provide daily updates on all projects and be proactive with communication.
- Proactively execute collaboration between different business units to provide a world class experience for the customer.
- Contribute to product selection and research, configuration standards and best practices and educate our sales teams on these products and services.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical related field
- 6-8 years in a technical related field preferred
- 4+ years’ experience working as a Consultant
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certifications
- At least two or more Professional level certifications CCNP, CCP-V, VCAP-DCV, MCA
- Experience designing and architecting network based solutions
- Installing and supporting Cisco or HP/Aruba network switching and routing products IOS, IOS-XR, NX-OS
- Experience/Best Practices Routing Protocols—OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, L2 / L3 Architecture and Design Multicast, QoS
