About the role

  • Engineering Services Manager leading technical services teams in the US region. Focus on implementation, presales, and team management to enhance sales and growth effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for running the services team for their respective geographical region/practice area.
  • Respond to service escalations and manage Engineer deployment.
  • Drive customer pipeline and liaise between Sales and Service teams.
  • Review Engineering write offs and maintain less than 2% of hours written off annually.
  • Create standard operating procedures for Engineering teams’ interactions with other departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical related field.
  • Experience designing and architecting network or systems-based solutions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • One or more certifications: CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, ACMP, ACCP, ACCX, ACEAP, VCP, MCA.
  • Skills in designing, installing, and supporting Cisco, HPE, Dell servers, etc.
