About the role

  • Payroll Specialist handling retirement fund payments and inquiries for a cooperative dealing with over a million employees. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of pension and capitalization claims.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and payment of company pensions and pension capitalization claims
  • Handling telephone and written inquiries
  • Data transfer with tax authorities and health insurance providers
  • Optimizing workflows and business processes
  • Integration of new client mandates

Requirements

  • Completed degree (university or university of applied sciences) or completed commercial/vocational training
  • Ideally professional experience in personnel, payroll, or pension accounting
  • Enthusiasm for optimizing workflows and processes
  • Strong communication skills and service orientation
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Proficient in MS Office
