- Advising companies on the implementation and optimization of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket

- Delivering engaging workshops and training to enable teams to use Atlassian tools and agile methodologies effectively
- Analyzing complex requirements and producing concepts that create real added value
- Supporting migrations to the Atlassian Cloud and integrating solutions into existing IT landscapes
- Collaborating with internal experts and partners to drive innovative solutions and best practices
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence; ideally also Bitbucket, Bamboo)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and IT service management
- Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a process-oriented way of working
- Excellent German and English skills
- Atlassian certification or willingness to obtain one
