- Assessment, planning and development of structural engineering solutions for our existing building stock
- Preparation of cost estimates, cost calculations and tender documents
- Advising, reviewing and providing professional oversight of planning services
- Implementation of modernization measures
- Monitoring contract compliance of ongoing projects and ensuring adherence to laws, standards and regulations
- Acting as a consultant to property owners for both investments in existing properties and acquisitions of new properties
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or architecture, or a comparable qualification; ideally authorized to submit building permit applications (Bauvorlageberechtigung)
- Several years of practical experience in planning and supervising construction projects
- Experience with change-of-use projects and coordinating with relevant authorities
- Valid Class B driver’s license
- Strong team spirit, reliability and willingness to work independently
