Responsibilities
Issue purchase orders for vendors, verify vendor invoices, and process payment for approved invoices
Prepare customer billing statements, post receivable payments, and record adjustments
Manage corporate and employees credit card spending accounts
Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and general ledger entries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
Assist in preparation of supporting schedules for monthly financial statements
Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed
Requirements
Associate’s degree in accounting or a related business field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
