About the role
- IT Operations Specialist responsible for internal IT systems, support, and process automation in a hybrid role. Collaborating with external partners and ensuring adherence to security policies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the smooth operation of our internal IT systems
- Management and configuration of company devices via our MDM system as well as Microsoft 365 and Okta
- Technical first-level support (ticketing system, remote access)
- Performing onboarding and offboarding in close coordination with HR
- Implementing and enforcing IT security policies such as encryption, patch management, and access controls
- Automating and optimizing IT processes, including integration of existing systems
- Documentation and inventory of the IT infrastructure and close collaboration with external IT partners
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification
- Strong knowledge of cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Okta) and Mobile Device Management
- Experience in Windows and macOS administration, as well as software deployment, patch management, and endpoint security
- Structured, independent working style with a strong service orientation
- Very good German and good English language skills
