About the role
- WEG-Buchhalter*in managing real estate accounts at hallo theo. Key role in digital real estate management with a focus on optimizing processes and handling financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Selbstständige laufende Mieten- und WEG-Buchhaltung inklusive Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle
- Vollständige Bearbeitung des Rechnungs- und Zahlungsverkehrs inklusive Prüfung/Kontierung, Zahlungsläufe
- Erstellung aller relevanten Abrechnungen: Hausgeld-, Betriebs- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen, Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Verantwortung für Eigentümer- und Mieterwechsel inklusive Kautionsabrechnungen
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für WEG-Verwalter innen, Eigentümer innen, Beiräte, Dienstleister und Behörden
- Aktive Mitgestaltung unserer digitalen Buchhaltungsprozesse
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Buchhaltung, Rechnungswesen oder Immobilienwirtschaft
- Erste Erfahrung in der WEG-, Mieten- oder Immobilienbuchhaltung
- Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung/Zahlungsverkehr, WEG-Recht, Immobilien- und Forderungsmanagement von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Zahlenaffinität, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Verlässlichkeit
- Freude am professionellen Umgang mit Eigentümer innen, Mieter innen und Partnern; serviceorientiertes Auftreten
- Erfahrung mit impower ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
