- End-to-end AI development: Design, implementation and deployment of core AI systems that power our product.
- Technical ownership: Shape the technical architecture and make key decisions regarding infrastructure, frameworks and tools.
- Collaboration with the founders: Work closely with the founding team to align technical priorities with product and business strategy.
- Scalability & reliability: Ensure systems are scalable, compliant and high-performing in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience developing software in production (ideally with Python, TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres, Docker, Azure).
- Expertise in AI engineering (e.g., Conversational AI, Agentic AI, RAG, data pipelines).
- Experience with cloud-native development and architecture.
- Ability to design architectures and deliver complex code into production.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: Willingness to take responsibility, build things from 0 → 1 and make pragmatic decisions.
- Minimum B2 level German language skills.
