Responsibilities
You are responsible for the end-to-end management of ongoing client projects.
Ensure budget compliance, project objectives, quality and timelines.
Strategic development of current and former client accounts.
Proactively drive client development.
Actively support the team in project implementation.
Monitor market, technology and CPM trends.
Contribute ideas to the strategic development of the CPM portfolio.
Lead and develop the CPM consulting team, set clear objectives and promote an open, learning-oriented culture.
Requirements
Extensive, in-depth expertise in the finance domain, preferably in accounting and/or controlling.
Additional experience in a finance line organization (operational finance) is ideal.
Experience implementing and actively supporting tool-based planning and consolidation solutions, ideally with a focus on Tagetik.
Professional understanding of common CPM tools such as Tagetik, Acterys or comparable solutions.
Strong sales-oriented mindset with a consistent focus on solutions and customer value.
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
Experience in leading and developing teams.
Negotiation-level (business-fluent) German and very good English skills.
Willingness to travel.
