About the role

Responsibilities
- Übernehmen einer Schlüsselrolle bei der Steuerung und Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse
- Erstellen und analysieren von Herstellkostenkalkulationen für bestehende und neue Produkte
- Überwachen und analysieren von Produktionskennzahlen und Identifizieren von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Unterstützen bei der Preisfindung und Bewertung von Produkten auf Basis transparenter Kostenstrukturen
- Kalkulation und Nachkalkulation von Kundenaufträgen und Projekten
- Erarbeiten von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung in der Produktion und deren Implementierung
- Erstellen regelmäßiger Reports und Ad-hoc-Analysen zur Entscheidungsunterstützung für das Management
- Aufbauen und Weiterentwickeln eines Herstellkosten-Dashboards zur Unterstützung der Prozessoptimierung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen, insbesondere Produktion, Einkauf und Vertrieb
Requirements
- Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarem Fach mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finanzen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, vorzugsweise im Maschinenbau oder vergleichbarem produzierendem Unternehmen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Herstellkostenkalkulation, Produkt- und Auftragskalkulation
- Ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) und MS 365, insbesondere Excel
- Idealerweise Vorkenntnisse in der Dashboard-Erstellung, z. B. mit Microsoft Power BI
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
