About the role

• Systems Engineer - Thread Architect advising Government Thread Lead on mission priorities. Aligning solutions with long-term vision, integrating technical work, and providing architectural guidance.

Responsibilities

• Align solution epics with thread strategy and long‑term mission vision
• Sequence and integrate work across timelines and threads
• Manage cross‑thread dependencies and resolve conflicts
• Provide architectural guidance and strategic trade‑off recommendations
• Communicate risks, priorities, and alignment issues to leadership

Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
• Bachelor’s Degree
• FOUR (4) or more years' experience with systems engineering and architectural background, including coordinating large, multi‑threaded technical initiatives
• Excellent organizational and executive communication skills
• Familiarity with JIRA and solution epic constructs
• Intelligence Community or Department of Defense experience
