About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the evolution of our design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the GTreasury platform.
- Create interactive prototypes to explore and communicate design solutions for new product features and enhancements.
- Leverage user research and data to understand users, translating insights into design decisions that drive impact.
- Participate as a design voice in cross-functional product discovery and strategy discussions, helping align outcomes and drive customer value.
- Help implement tools, processes, and rituals that enable repeatable, high-quality design practice across multiple product solution pods.
- Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver cohesive experiences that span touchpoints.
Requirements

- Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, reporting tools, or analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with netting, FX, hedging, or banking systems.
