About the role

  • Financial Operations Specialist managing Supply Chain Finance programs at GSCF. Engaging in client servicing and monitoring program processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily tasks within the program
  • Monitoring the program processes
  • Train program’s stakeholders on GSCF’s services and systems
  • Evaluate and issue change requests and review them with the client
  • Ensure agreements (statement of works, changes requests, authorization matrix, function & notification matrixes) are implemented and monitored
  • Ensure all program relevant manuals and procedures are updated regularly
  • Timely reporting/escalating of risks, exceptions, incidents, opportunities to the superior
  • User acceptance testing of the new features to be released to production
  • Develop and maintain professional relationship with the business partners
  • Participate in potential projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operations roles within the supply chain finance, trade finance, or banking industry
  • Proficient in English (written and oral); every additional language is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and understanding of product development are beneficial
  • High degree of accuracy and efficiency under set deadlines in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive process improvements
