About the role

Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks;
- Draft and review notices, legal opinions, official letters, and other legal instruments;
- Provide consultative legal advice on civil and labor matters;
- Monitor and support the handling of labor proceedings, and assist with civil cases in collaboration with the team;
- Liaise with external law firms to obtain documents and information for case preparation, and define and align defense strategies;
- Work collaboratively with different internal departments, promoting connection and efficiency in legal work.
Requirements
- Law degree with a completed postgraduate specialization in Civil Law, Labor Law, Contract Law, or related fields;
- Active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Previous experience in Civil and Labor law;
- Experience working in a corporate environment;
- Proactive, articulate, organized, with strong interpersonal communication skills;
- Ability to operate across different practice areas (generalist profile);
- Energy and dynamism to handle simultaneous demands;
- Consultative and strategic mindset combined with solid technical knowledge.
