About the role

  • Regulatory Affairs Analyst for Grupo GSH, overseeing compliance with health regulations and documentation processes. Supporting various internal teams and liaising with regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, file, and monitor all legal documentation required for the operation of the Group's units with the competent regulatory bodies, including Health Surveillance (Vigilância Sanitária), municipal authorities, Fire Department, Regional Medical Council (CRM), National Registry of Health Establishments (CNES), among others.
  • Conduct and monitor licensing, regularization, and responses to requirements, ensuring deadlines are met and alignment with applicable municipal, state, and federal legislation.
  • Advise internal departments on regulatory matters, providing technical guidance, normative clarifications, and support in regulatory impact analyses.
  • Prepare and compile renewal processes for licenses, authorizations, certifications, and registrations, taking into account periodicity, internal workflows, unit-specific requirements, and legislative updates.
  • Interface with public authorities, maintaining formal communications, tracking protocols, and addressing requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory changes relevant to the sector, assess risks, propose corrective actions, and disseminate information to impacted areas.
  • Manage and update internal controls for license status, deadlines, renewals, and mandatory documentation, ensuring traceability and system compliance.
  • Support the development and review of internal procedures, regulatory workflows, technical reports, and official communications related to the area.
  • Contribute to corporate projects, especially those involving expansion, opening of new units, changes of address, scope, or services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Law, or related fields.
  • Previous experience interacting with regulatory agencies; knowledge of processes related to the health sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems.
  • Ability to interpret legislation, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analytical profile, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple simultaneous demands.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare documents, reports, and correspondence with public authorities.
