About the role
- Manage ESG initiatives and supplier evaluations at Grupo Boticário, contributing to sustainability goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sustainability and performance indicators.
Responsibilities
- Support the definition of criteria and parameters to evaluate suppliers;
- Prepare communication materials and presentations;
- Analyze data related to the supplier base (spend, classification, category, performance);
- Monitor performance and propose ESG actions to boost indicators and Grupo Boticário's 2030 Commitments;
- Participate in forums discussing indicators and performance;
- Present supplier performance in the appropriate forums;
- Drive supplier development on ESG topics;
- Review supplier assessments, build action plans and monitor progress when applicable;
- Organize events and forums with suppliers on ESG topics;
- Coordinate alignments with the Corporate ESG team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Engineering or related fields;
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills;
- Previous experience in Sustainability, Governance, Environmental roles or related areas;
- Intermediate English;
- Availability to travel.
