Responsibilities
- Tax calculation and filing: Perform the calculation and filing of direct and indirect taxes, considering the company's tax regime (e.g., Simples Nacional, Lucro Real, or Lucro Presumido).
- Tax bookkeeping: Record and verify incoming and outgoing transactions of goods and services, ensuring correct tax classification (CFOP) and integration with the system.
- Tax reporting obligations: Prepare and submit fiscal and accounting filings to government authorities, such as SPED Fiscal and EFD-Contribuições.
- Tax analysis and compliance: Review fiscal procedures to ensure compliance with tax legislation, seeking process optimization to reduce the tax burden.
- Reports and analysis: Prepare management and analytical reports on the company's tax results, supporting decision-making.
- Management support: Interact with senior management, providing information and support for strategic and operational decisions related to the tax area.
