About the role

Responsibilities
- Implementation, enhancement and maintenance of our ERP software
- Advising retail companies on the implementation and further development of the ERP system
- Analyzing existing processes and adapting the ERP system accordingly
- Software testing and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Documenting procedures and providing employee training
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or commercial vocational training (ideally with retail experience)
- Several years of experience in the industry
- Strong technical understanding
- Experience with ERP systems
- Ability to understand complex processes
- Clear and effective communication
- Team player with the motivation to learn and engage with complex topics
