Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing ITSM projects
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices (ITIL Foundation certification expected)
- Familiarity with the Ivanti platform or an equivalent ITSM tool
- Experience in a regulated (GxP) or critical environment
- Rigorous, structured, and comfortable in demanding quality contexts
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
