About the role

  • Responsible for training coordination and product technical training at GROHE France. Engaging with team members and partners to enhance technical knowledge and product usage.

Responsibilities

  • Design, organize and deliver various technical training courses.
  • Develop and monitor GROHE France's training plan.
  • Coordinate training activities in connection with the GROHE+ program.
  • Monitor progress toward the group's training objectives.
  • Create and adapt training materials.
  • Liaise with the group's training department.
  • Attend trade shows to support the sales force.
  • Consolidate and report activities in the Training CRM.

Requirements

  • Organized and structured.
  • Knowledge and/or practical experience in developing and delivering a training plan.
  • Ability to adapt presentations and content.
  • Strong public speaking skills with diverse audiences.
  • Ideally, education or experience in sanitary installations (plumbing).
  • Strong interest in product technical aspects.
  • Familiarity with IT tools, reporting tools and a CRM.
  • Comfortable communicating in English for everyday conversations.
  • 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
