About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and development of web content using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript for various user interfaces in the Beckhoff HMI and integration into the company standard
- Development of PLC function blocks for HMI interfaces including data processing according to IEC 61131-3 (Structured Text)
- Development of tools in C# to enable efficient function development and to simplify engineering and design
- Investigation of new technologies and identification of potential application areas, taking technical and economic aspects into account
- Prototype development and execution of field tests in real industrial environments
- Preparation of test cases, documentation and user manuals
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering
- Interest in appealing user interfaces and experience with JavaScript, WebSockets and C#
- Basic knowledge or subject-specific experience with Beckhoff from studies or a previously completed vocational training
- High degree of initiative and a motivated, independent, solution-oriented working style
- Interest in innovative and technical challenges
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
