Responsibilities
Design, conceive and develop new products and carry out engineering work up to series production readiness
Develop new and existing components and assemblies
Prepare tests, partially conduct them, and evaluate the results
Create and maintain 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models using Autodesk AutoCAD Inventor
Take responsibility for conducting product development and validation tests from planning through evaluation
Produce development and product documentation such as requirements, test plans, bills of materials, product and component specifications, and manufacturing documentation
Communicate with suppliers, customers and other internal and external process partners
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, Automotive Engineering or a comparable program with a focus on design
Extensive project and design experience in device development
Experience with CAD systems (2D/3D), preferably Autodesk AutoCAD Inventor
Good MS Office skills
Enthusiasm for innovative solutions
Communicative and service-oriented
Strong analytical thinking skills
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
