- Senior Finance Analyst overseeing site-level financial management in Supply Chain at Griffith Foods. Focused on cost tracking, budgeting, and financial analysis to drive efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for financial management and oversight of the site level Supply Chain Finance
- Leads cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Conducts in-depth cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Owns daily and monthly cost tracking and performance reporting
- Ensures accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with corporate requirements
- Maintains KPI dashboards to monitor operational performance
- Provides recommendations for inventory control
- Partners with plant management to deliver insightful financial analysis
- Drives financial transparency and operational efficiency through data-driven insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of five (5) years of financial analysis experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Currently located within a commutable distance to Alsip, IL
- Willing and able to work 2-3 days/week onsite in Alsip, IL
- Master’s Degree (preferred)
- CPA (preferred)
- Food manufacturing experience (preferred)
