About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the technology team and stakeholders to develop new internal tools and data ingestion processes
- Maintain and enhance Green Street’s existing internal applications and processes
- Understand Green Street's business domains to make informed choices for solution development
- Deliver end-to-end solutions, from product inception to launch
- Be an active participant in architectural discussions and play a key role in architectural reviews and governance
- Drive a strong engineering culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Provide mentorship and guidance to mid-level and junior team members as needed
Requirements
- 6-8 years of professional full-stack experience in an agile team environment using JavaScript, Python, SQL, and modern HTML
- Experience developing Single-Page Applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Vue, React)
- Experience writing unit tests
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience through coding bootcamp
- Enjoy problem solving, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate impeccable attention to detail
- Willingness and desire to keep up with new web technologies, languages, standards, practices
- Proficiency with Git
- Proficiency with API development, preferably Python / Flask or similar
