About the role
- Contract Compliance Administrator maintaining compliance-tracking tools for US and Canadian accounts at Grainger. Collaborating across departments to ensure documentation and compliance standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Contract Compliance tools (ISN, Avetta, etc) for all US AND Canadian customer accounts by responding to questionnaires and uploading required documentation.
- Coordinate with Environmental Health and Safety, Legal, Finance, Sales and other business partners as needed to request and obtain required compliance documentation and statistics.
- Maintain a list of customers using these tools and advise leaders on trends.
- Perform special ad hoc projects related to compliance, such as advising on contract language updates for these management tools.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience supporting contracts administration.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work and proactively without supervision.
- Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks in a time-sensitive manner.
- Ability to handle large workloads while maintaining high-quality output.
- Proficiency in the latest versions of Microsoft Office, MS Teams and Adobe.
