- Experience with measuring and improving data quality, especially in surveying.
- Strong fluency in SQL and in scripting languages such as Python and R.
- (Nice to have) Experience with operational research, experimentation, or classical machine learning.
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on impacting business results.
- Ability to think creatively both statistically and commercially.
- Strong communication skills with customers and less technical partners.
