Responsibilities
Reporting to the Vice-President, Governance, the primary responsibility of this position is to assist and advise the Vice‑President in the exercise of her responsibilities.
The incumbent contributes to the performance of the Vice‑Presidency, notably through input on strategic discussions, leading initiatives and contributing to organizational projects carried out on behalf of the Vice‑Presidency.
The Advisor is responsible for advising and supporting the Vice‑President in anticipating, analyzing, monitoring and delivering assigned mandates. The role also includes acting as a representative of the Vice‑President in relationships with various stakeholders and providing logistical support to facilitate coordination and execution of the Vice‑Presidency’s activities.
This is a role that involves daily close collaboration and a liaison function with directors and internal partners.
Requirements
University degree in law, administration, public policy, governance or another relevant field.
Other combinations of education and experience that are considered relevant will be evaluated.
Technological literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Excellent command of French (spoken and written).
Bilingualism (English/French) is a significant asset.
