About the role
- SAP BASIS Analyst ensuring SAP environment stability, security, and performance at G Mining Ventures in Brasil. Administrating SAP solutions and supporting governance initiatives with proficient oversight.
Responsibilities
- The SAP BASIS Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, performance, and high availability of the company's SAP environment
- Administer and support SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori environments, ensuring stability and performance
- Provide ongoing user support and document configurations and technical procedures
- Manage security and authorizations, including user management, profiles, roles, and licenses
- Perform proactive system performance monitoring, identify bottlenecks, and execute tuning for optimization
- Support audits and governance initiatives, ensuring segregation of duties (SoD) and control of sensitive access
- Manage transport routes between SAP environments, ensuring smooth development and deployment cycles
- Execute and support upgrades, updates, patch application, and system copies
- Integrate and manage SAP services to ensure availability, reliability, and high-quality access to information
- Implement and maintain SAP security best practices, including system hardening
- Work with SAP access governance tools
Requirements
- Experience in access administration and security for SAP S/4HANA environments
- Knowledge of governance and compliance, with experience supporting audits and segregation of duties (SoD)
- Understanding of infrastructure fundamentals, including networking, information security, and server architecture
- Experience with updates, upgrades, patches, system copies, and SAP service administration
- Experience with continuous monitoring, performance analysis, and proposing improvements
- Ability to ensure availability, reliability, and performance of SAP landscapes
- Active technical certification related to SAP BASIS or SAP Administration is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ease of working in a team
- Advanced English is a plus
