Responsibilities
As part of our project sponsorship activities, we fund and administer research in key future-oriented fields: you advise applicants from industry and academia on business and administrative aspects of funding applications
In addition, you independently oversee ongoing funded projects with regard to the appropriate use of research funds
You review and evaluate, among other things, financing concepts as well as investment and liquidity plans
To maintain a clear overview of the financial activities of the research projects, you are responsible for project controlling and perform regular reporting
You work in a trusting and collaborative manner with colleagues from technical research funding
Requirements
You are a graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration or a related field
You enjoy working with numbers and know how to read a balance sheet, investment plans and liquidity plans
Thanks to your excellent ability to set priorities and organize yourself independently, you are able to manage multiple funded projects simultaneously
You maintain project documentation in a way that is transparent and accessible to other colleagues
You value both personal exchange by telephone and the flexibility and written clarity of emails when communicating with representatives from academia, industry, politics and public administration
