Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring issues are tracked, progressed, and resolved within agreed timelines
Support clients in understanding system functionality and guide them through the resolution of transaction reporting issues
Participate in client onboarding activities, including training sessions and on-site engagements where required
Proactively identify, escalate, and monitor issues to closure, working closely with internal teams as needed
Contribute to testing activities such as validation checks and user acceptance testing to support effective issue resolution
Deliver support on bespoke, client-specific initiatives and ad-hoc projects
Requirements
Proven experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
Exposure to regulatory reporting frameworks such as EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, ASIC, CFTC and/or SEC
Background in financial services, ideally within securities finance or capital markets environments
Understanding of transaction reporting processes and data requirements
Strong ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and work confidently with complex systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, investigation, and issue resolution
Working knowledge of SQL and APIs, or a strong willingness to develop these skills
Experience using third-party or vendor reporting platforms is an advantage
