Requirements
Experience in administration
Good written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in supporting administrative processes
Ability to deliver a high standard of customer/stakeholder care
Ability to respond to queries via telephone, email, and in person
Ability to maintain the quality of information and data produced by the team to meet corporate standards
