About the role

  • Provide effective, efficient administrative support to the Communications Team two days a week (Thursday and Friday) as part of a job share
  • Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service across all communications activities
  • Thrive under pressure and balance conflicting priorities
  • Access and prioritise issues and escalate urgent or significant matters appropriately

Requirements

  • Experience in administration
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in supporting administrative processes
  • Ability to deliver a high standard of customer/stakeholder care
  • Ability to respond to queries via telephone, email, and in person
  • Ability to maintain the quality of information and data produced by the team to meet corporate standards
