About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of electric drive systems, including the motor, transformer, frequency converter, and medium-voltage switchgear
- Development of concepts and requirement specifications for electric drive systems in the range of approximately 1 MVA to 15 MVA
- Technical evaluation and commercial assessment of supplier proposals
- Close collaboration with suppliers and (internal) customers
- Advising customers worldwide
- Managing projects from evaluation through qualification
Requirements
- Degree (ETH/FH/TU) in Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering
- Experience in project planning/design in power engineering, in particular drive technology
- Proven track record through industrial experience
- Independent, structured working style and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
