About the role
- E2E Financial & Reporting Team Lead at Givaudan managing financial closing and reporting processes. Leading the team and ensuring compliance with corporate standards in Budapest.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and coordinating the closing activities based on corporate guidelines
- Booking of journal entries, clear GL accounts including accruals, revaluation
- Bank payment preparation, reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
- Define specific controls and procedures for the E2E processes
- Executes quality check activities to ensure consistency of managed data for assigned regional Givaudan companies
- Decision on reopening/adjustment of reporting packages
- Leading and coaching the team members
- Plan and monitor the workload of the team
- Be responsible for goal setting and performance management processes
- Monitor the team’s performance against deliverables set in the SLAs and against the Corporate standards
- Manage and develop the employees to continuously provide high quality services to the recipients
- Participate and coordinate audits and projects
Requirements
- University degree (minimum Bachelor)
- Fluent English level
- Min. 5 years experience in Controlling and / or RtR
- Project management experience would be an advantage
