Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute social media strategies for different brands.
  • Organize editorial calendars and ensure consistency of deliverables.
  • Produce and adapt content aligned with each client's tone of voice.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions with agility and empathy.
  • Conduct social listening to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Track metrics, generate insights and recommend optimizations for content and social care.
  • Collaborate with creative, content and media teams.
  • Contribute to community building and crisis prevention.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Social Media, Community Management or related areas, preferably in an agency environment or multi-account operation.
  • Experience with social media customer service (SAC 2.0), social listening and sentiment analysis.
  • Excellent written communication and the ability to adapt language for different brands.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and interactions into strategic insights.
  • Organized, with a strong sense of priorities and autonomy in managing tasks.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in day-to-day work.
  • Comfortable working in a team and collaborating with different areas.
  • Critical eye for trends, formats and audience behavior on social networks.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, social management and customer service tools.
