Responsibilities
Conduct plan and acceptance inspections in the field of 50 Hz electrical systems
Provide technical and organizational leadership for the inspection team
Assess and evaluate systems in the area of 50 Hz electrical installations
Verify compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Check the permissible use and application of approved components
Ensure the quality of planning
Flexible and willing to be on-site on weekends, public holidays or at night
Provide project consulting and support for technical solution analysis as needed
Transfer knowledge to our planning and project engineers as well as site supervisors
Ensure processes for continuous quality assurance
Work independently and responsibly within the team and support others as a mentor
Further develop skills through external and internal training
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable course of study
Recognition by the Federal Railway Authority (Eisenbahn-Bundesamt) as an inspector and plan/acceptance examiner in the field of 50 Hz electrical systems
Medical fitness according to the requirements of § 48 EBO (Railway Construction and Operations Regulations)
Confident use of common MS Office tools
Independent, structured work style and willingness to take responsibility for your tasks
Quick comprehension and high motivation
Team player with loyalty, strong communication skills and assertiveness
Driver’s license class B, ideally for on-site assignments
