About the role
- Director – Program Management responsible for leading ERP Finance Initiatives for GE Vernova. Collaborating with various stakeholders and driving operational changes through emerging technology and AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Digital Technology ERP process managers/owners
- Build strong partnership with Finance functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with business, functional partners and technology leadership
- Responsible for driving scope, practices, and overall IT strategy for the central Finance processes
- Develop Target process model & solution design
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technology
- Manage risk and dependencies between organizations
- Establish governance structure that identifies key performance indicators
- Drive ERP landscape simplification
- Act as the subject matter expert for Finance area processes and supporting applications functionality
- Gather Requirements and collaborate with functional partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- ERP background (Oracle preferred but also SAP is good)
- Understanding of Finance and sourcing processes
- Experience in leading international Programs and Projects
- Ability to influence stakeholders (DT and business)
- Passion for new technology (AI preferred)
- Experience as people leader is a must
- Fluent English knowledge is essential
