About the role

Responsibilities
- Cross-team technical consulting and support for development teams in implementation, problem-solving, and technology selection
- Establishing and promoting coding standards, Clean Code principles, as well as automated tests and code reviews
- Introducing and advancing DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and selection of appropriate tools
- Coaching developers and testers on complex technical issues
- Promoting knowledge sharing and supporting technical improvement processes across the entire development organization
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification with a focus on software development
- Several years of experience in software development, ideally across multiple teams/projects (C#)
- Strong knowledge of modern software architectures, design principles, and agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in technical leadership, facilitation, and coaching of development teams (e.g., as a Lead Developer, coach, or mentor)
- Hands-on experience with toolchains such as Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
- Hands-on mentality, strong execution skills, and a solution-oriented approach to technical challenges
- Good German and English language skills
