About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage accounts for ODMs and international suppliers;
- Actively participate in projects, following decisions and negotiations with ODMs in support of the Engineering Team;
- Control, organize and negotiate plans and procurements for molds, machinery, tooling and software;
- Perform purchase needs analysis, cost calculations for approvals, issue purchase orders to international suppliers and record transactions in the ERP (Protheus);
- Maintain order and shipment follow-up and keep the ERP system (Protheus) up to date;
- Monitor DI filings with the customs broker and track cargo release at origin;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations or similar fields;
- Fluent/Advanced English (assessment required);
- Experience in International Purchasing/Import operations;
- Knowledge of ERP Protheus (desired);
