About the role

  • Internship position focused on assisting municipal government clients in project activities at Geopixel. Requires students in Administration, Management or similar fields.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the projects area, supporting activities for municipal government clients.
  • Manage and record electronic timekeeping entries.
  • Monitor employee absences and leaves.
  • Provide hybrid (in-person and remote) support to employees (administrative assistance and inquiries).
  • Communicate with various company departments as needed.
  • Manage vacation tracking.
  • Assist in preparing spreadsheets, reports and charts.
  • Monitor activities and performance indicators.
  • Collect, verify and organize documents and procedures.
  • Complete forms.
  • Support the management of the operations department.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Management or related fields.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is required.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, strong written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI and SharePoint is a plus.
