- Expertise in Windows Server (2012–2025), Hyper-V, SAN/NAS storage, and backup/DR solutions (Veeam, Commvault, Zerto)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (Cisco, Meraki), Azure services, and monitoring tools (PRTG, Lansweeper)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Active Directory management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under broad direction
