Responsibilities
Manage hardware requests: oversee the receipt, validation and processing of demo, loan and trial requests using standardized forms and workflows
Inventory coordination: track hardware inventory, coordinate shipments and manage returns to ensure accurate records and availability
Process improvement: continuously refine request handling, returns and stock update processes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
Stakeholder communication: act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding hardware requests, providing regular updates and clear instructions
System updates: maintain accurate and timely updates in relevant systems (e.g., CRM, inventory management tools) at all stages of the hardware lifecycle
Collaboration: work closely with sales, customer service, logistics and other teams to ensure seamless execution of hardware programs
Reporting: monitor program metrics, track fulfillment and return rates, and provide regular updates to management
Requirements
Strong organizational and process management skills
Experience with CRM or inventory management systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written (this role requires interactions with international colleagues and clients)
Assets / Nice-to-have:
Knowledge of ERP systems and hardware lifecycle management
Previous experience in commercial support, logistics or hardware operations
