Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a STEM field and 4+ years of experience developing complex technology products, or a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Hands‑on experience developing or delivering AI‑driven products
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of influencing outcomes and guiding teams toward shared goals
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization
- Proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable operating with minimal oversight
- Strong interest and proven capability in emerging technologies, demonstrated through project work, training, or industry engagement
- Highly collaborative team player who values diverse input and global partnerships
- Experience coaching, developing, and mentoring technical talent
- Background in healthcare product development or regulated quality systems (e.g., medical devices) is a strong plus
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into product improvements and new opportunities
