Requirements
- 4+ years of people management experience
- 10+ years of software development experience overall
- Must possess and apply deep, hands-on knowledge of design patterns (GoF, Enterprise, Integrations)
- Extensive experience of running teams in an agile environment
- Proficient understanding of mainstream technologies such as Java or PHP, JS, Angular or React or VueJS, RDBMS, NOSQL etc.
- Plus: Strong experience delivering solutions using cloud technologies such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Strong enterprise experience understanding how to build products that serve B2B Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
- A structured and detail-oriented thinker
- Strong communication skills
- Solid technical foundation with relevant experience in SDLC, development best practices, and DevOps processes
- Plus: Entrepreneurial self-starter
- Amenable to work in a hybrid working arrangement.
