About the role
- Conseiller clients handling inquiries and managing insurance contracts at GAN Assurances in Senlis. Engaging with clients and supporting the agency's operations while fostering a strong customer service approach.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients via all communication channels: in the branch, by phone or by email
- Handle client needs: identify and assess their expectations, present GAN Assurances, and promote and sell the agency’s insurance products
- Manage client files autonomously: prepare tailored quotes, issue insurance policies, collect, track, verify and follow up on administrative documents and signatures
- Grow client portfolios through in-branch commercial activities: follow-up sales opportunities and cross-selling
- Actively participate in branch operations: liaise with the insurer, manage supplies, and handle administrative tasks for the branch (mail, archives, etc.)
Requirements
- Bac+2 diploma (e.g., BTS Insurance)
- At least one prior experience in insurance contract management (auto, property, personal injury, etc.)
- Analytical and investigative mindset with attention to detail
- Organized, autonomous and methodical profile
- Strong commercial orientation and customer-service focus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Benefits
- Salary: between €30,000 and €36,000 gross per year, depending on experience
- Permanent contract (CDI) – 39 hours/week, with half of the hours recoverable → 8 weeks of leave per year (including recoverable time)
- Annual profit-sharing bonus: up to €5,000 per employee
- Monthly supplement: approximately +€150 net/month related to paid overtime
