About the role
- Réceptionner les clients en contrôlant leurs coordonnées et celles de leur véhicule
- Restituer les véhicules aux clients en expliquant clairement la facture et les travaux réalisés.
- Codifier les ordres de réparations (OR) avec précision.
- Etablir des devis.
- S’assurer de la facturation de l’ensemble des travaux effectués, et procéder à l'encaissement des clients.
- Suivre quotidiennement la charge atelier mécanique et la gestion du planning en faisant le point plusieurs fois par jour avec l’atelier sur l’avancement des travaux.
- Veiller au strict respect des procédures de garanties.
- Surveiller la rentabilité de l’atelier.
- Répondre au téléphone et aux demandes de rdv pris par Internet.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le magasin PRA pour : la préparation des rdv et la commande de PRA s’y afférant, le suivi des PRA en reliquat.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration de la qualité de service et de l’image de l’entreprise à travers un travail irréprochable contribuant à l’atteinte du niveau de satisfaction client demandé par le constructeur.
Requirements
- Formation dans l’automobile de niveau BAC + 2 appréciée
- Vous avez une expérience minimum de 3 ans à un poste similaire
- Parfaite maitrise des outils informatiques
- Vous êtes titulaire du permis B
- Vous êtes organisé(e) et rigoureux(se)
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe
- La satisfaction client est votre priorité
- Doté de connaissances techniques, vous avez le sens du commerce.
