Responsibilities
- Be a key driver in getting the unannounced indie title from pre-alpha stage to Early Access
- Maintain a roadmap and healthy backlog to ensure steady progress
- Coordinate cross-discipline work and empower discipline leads
- Collaborate closely with the Game Director and contribute to project roadmaps
- Map risks and identify team support needs for the project
Requirements
- Proven production experience in game development
- Comfortable with agile practices
- Experience in leading a small team through ambiguity
- Ability to run lightweight ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, etc.)
- Good understanding of release planning, platform relationships, and QA coordination
- Comfortable with community support and business-related tasks (budgets, hiring planning, etc.)
