Responsibilities

  • Lead AI research initiatives, focusing on model architectures and ML algorithm deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine AI products and tools.
  • Drive the evolution of generative AI applications and contribute to transformation projects.
  • Present findings and research ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Applied AI Research
  • Deep familiarity with Transformers, LLMs / SLMs in theory with 2+ years of practical experience
  • Deep familiarity with fine tuning techniques - SFT, LoRa, RL etc.
  • Understanding of advanced evaluation techniques in Machine Learning
  • Working experience with Pytorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or other Deep Learning frameworks
  • Ability to communicate professionally and explain research ideas to a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Designers.
  • Strong ML problem-solving skills, ability to do independent experiments (a self-starter mindset), but also collaborate in a team environment.
